Best Viet in Midtown
Was walking to postal office and found this place. I gave it a chance and it didn't disappoint me. Great pho and spring roll. The service was ok. will come back!

Overpriced
We ordered delivery and it was overpriced for mediocre food with tiny portions. The $14 shrimp dish consisted of 4 pieces of tiny shrimp and some bok choy. The spring rolls are the size of mini hotdogs. The food was cold and very bland. I would never order from here again.

Delicious
Went here tonight for dinner. We had the summer roll, lotus salad, beef pho and tofu bowl bun. The food was perfect. Our bill was just 40 bucks and we were stuffed and completely satisfied. The service was polite and efficient. The restaurant is chic and well designed. We had a great dinner and will definitely be back!

Great little place
Fresh, great value and a well balanced menu. Sandwiches are good though the baguettes are a little tough. A new favorite though. Spring rolls are excellent and most importantly authentic and not the straight out the freezer standard spring rolls served too widely.

amazingly fresh Vietnamese
on the outskirts of corporate midtown west where the lunch offering is sandwich after sandwich is this fresh and delicious jewel! my colleagues and i now order from here once a week - the shake and steak, canh, and banh mi are amazing. you really can't go wrong with anything you order. agree with the previous reviewer that it's all about quality over quantity here and the quality is outstanding.

Authentic!
I grew up in Houston in a big Vietnamese community. This restaurant is about as good as it gets in NYC. Pho is great and so are the apps!

Phenomenal
Being Vietnamese, I'm always on the lookout for places to eat the usual: pho, banh mi, etc. I was shocked at how good Cha Pa's was. The pho bo was spot on, the broth tastes exactly how it should and is clear, with no powdery bits. The rice noodles were fresh and still had the tiniest snap. Everything from the iced coffee, to the spring rolls (cha gio), to the fried banana dessert were all fantastic. The chicken curry was good but outshined by other menu items. The restaurant is designed with a modern, minimalist hand, bordering on a little too stark but it's clean and bright. The portions are enough to satisfy you, but aren't the massive servings people might be used to these days. It's really about quality over quantity here, and the quality is high.
