Delivery ALWAYS take forever, no matter what. And sometimes they forget your order. But the salad is okay and big, but overpriced.

I usually get my salads from toasties on 56th a 3rd but decided to try Chop-it for a change on 52nd. I usually pay $9.50 for the salad in toasties, today I paid $16 for the same salad in chop-it. That is absolutely ridiculous and way over priced and the salad was not as good. This will be the first and last time i go to chop-it on 52nd street.

I like Chop't a lot and have been going there for years but the mgmt really needs to do something about the service. They're incredibly surly about any modification. If you're paying over $10 for a lunch salad, I think that entitles you to a couple of specifics every now and then.

Great salad. Fresh, a bit overpriced though for veggies and fruits, etc. Delivery is not good - always have to wait no less than 1 hr for food to arrive. Staff is a bit rude as well.

Absolutely Love It! I would go there everyday if I could. I'm a college student, so it can get pricey after a while. I love all of the green. Absolutely recommend the chicken caesar salad. I normally don't like the tast of the wraps but here i think its good.

We went there when there was only people at there tables. Nobody was on line and this place is supposedly notorious for always being busy. Even though no one was behind us the staff was rude. You are allowed four toppings for your salad. If you go over four you are charged around 75 cents extra for each topping. This was our first time there. They failed to mention even though you are allowed four some of the four you can be charged extra for just because it was a certain type of ingredient. They mark on a paper each topping you get (that you have to bring to the register when your given your salad) So I think they charge you by each topping instead of the four toppings for 6.95 salad. I got so confused because I got four toppings but was charged 11.95 for my salad. I think the only way you will get a salad for 6.95 like the menu says is if you get toppings like cucumbers. Nothing that is a meat or "fancy" like beats. Even crutons cost extra. However when I bit into that salad was I in heaven!! The best salad I ever had in my life. And I thought the place I went to near my college was good at tossed fast salads. This place was amazing. I think there dressing are what make it so great. Because the salad was chopped so fine that I could barely taste my meat. It got torn into the tinniest pieces ever. Might seem like a bad review I wrote but truly the best tasting salad I ever had. I didnt go there to make friends with the rude stuff. I don't know if I would go back. I mean it is fast food but the price doesnt make it seem that way. No matter how big my salad was.
