Great, fresh pizza for 2 bucks a slice. Delicious and George is always there to greet you with a smile. Love this place!

i walked into George's on a fluke once to find two old Italian men heatedly arguing. how can you not love this place. it's small but it's friendly. it's everything it needs to be, and I've ordered food and had it at my door in less than 10 min. when they are swamped it takes longer but they often will let you know. their pizza is good old fashioned new york pizza, in my opinion head over heals better than exclusive. i recommend their chicken or spinach rolls, or their sausage pie.

Delicious, quick and fast! And if you call for delivery you won't be waiting for an hour and a half like alot of these other pizzerias! George's is the best up here There are other good pizzerias, definitely, but this place is consistent and like said above... FAST!

George’s pizza is delicious. Thicker crust than Exclusive’s (which I like too), gooey w/ cheese, awesome. I like getting their pastas too, the sauce is so flavorful. Be careful, sometimes they’ll melt a mound of mozzarella on your pasta even if not requested – it’s a delight to my tastebuds but not always so welcome to my waistline. Delivery times can vary here – sometimes it’s like 20 minutes, sometimes you know they must have like only 1 swamped delivery guy out there & it takes longer. But I gotta hand it to George & that other guy for keeping this business rockin’, hope they keep on keeping on! I do admit a couple weeks ago I went there to get Italian ices & they didn’t have any… I’ve gotten them there before but don’t know if that was a one-day thing or if they no longer carry them; if the latter, I be bumming ’cause they’re the only place around here that has ’em served up soft in a cup (not the frozen grocery ones).

I was shocked to move onto this block and find that it had some of the best pizza in the city. The rolls and pasta are pretty excellent as well. There's something about everything at George's that's just better than I'd expected.

If this is the kind of food you are craving, then this is the best food, atmosphere around! I highly recommend...so much better than the chain restaurants.
