    pad thai review

I've read some pretty bad reviews on red curry, but I must say I haven't had a bad experience yet. I've only ordered the pad thai and I enjoy it each time. Is it really as good as I think, or is my mind playing tricks on me because its a rare occassion I get to enjoy comfort foods due to having celiac? It's tough to find a thai restaurant that uses no MSG, soy sauce, or wheat in its dishes. But, low and behold, Red Curry is a great find for all you gluten-freer's out there in need of some yummy pad thai on a rainy day! Give it a try.

i'm not picky about my food, but this is ridiculous

I am a very complacent person when it comes to food. Rarely disappointed, always happy-- but this place was so subpar, I felt compelled to review it. The fact is, the pad-si ew tasted like dirty laundry water and and the noodles were beyond dry. they even managed to mess up the tofu. how can you mess up tofu?

    poor phone service

Unfriendly and non-helpful when it comes to service by phone. Last resort for anyone with so many other fine places nearby.

    bad thai

i had tried to order from a nearby restaurant, which was closed, and i so i picked Red Curry instead. Wrong Choice. Although the food came quickly and was hot, it tasted incredibly bland. My girlfriend got some noodle dish that she couldn't even eat it was so tasteless and greasy, and i ordered green curry extra spicy, which was not spicy and solely consisted of coconut milk. I love Thai food, and this place doesn't even deserve to call itself Thai. But it was cheap. Thank God.

    Good for lunch

I work in the area and occasionally stop in for lunch. I've had several different dishes, and all have been quite good. When I have call ahead for take out, the food is ready in under 10 minutes every time and is fresh and hot even by the time I get back to my office. The lunch specials are inexpensive and offer large portions (often enough for me to have leftovers).

    Not good

This is not Thai! The food is very bland and lacks freshness. I would reccommend this place if you're in the mood for a quick appetizer and nothing else. The staff is nice and it's clean and quiet, but that's as far as it goes.

    Keep Walking

The servers are very nice, but the food is poor. I ordered basil chicken, which tasted like fake Chinese stir-fry from the freezer section. My fellow diner ordered pad thai, which was an oddly pink linguini. I can't figure out why this place draws the crowd it does.
