Our Cajun Magic is sprinkled throughout everything we do and serve here at BubbaT's. Our great fried seafood and poultry dishes and delicious, healthy grilled and blackened southern favorites consistently please even the most sophisticated palette. We evolved from a group of great employees with a desire to build something original yet new. This quick-service (fast casual) restaurant has a very unique product mix and an extraordinary guest experience which encompasses the Cajun culture in the ambiance and atmosphere. Our philosophy is simple. To understand our roots it is necessary to know how this great cuisine originated. The "Cajuns" are described as an ethnic group, mainly living in the state of Louisiana, consisting of Acadian exiles (French speakers from Acadia). Our Rayford location owner, Momma T, is of this descent and has owned and operated this restaurant since July 2010. Our Cajun community is committed to help each other become successful in all aspects of life! We pull together to celebrate both in hard and good times; it is a part of our tradition to help and serve one another. The party is here!
