Menu: Indian Grill specializes in authentic Indian cuisine and offers a variety of dishes from various regions of the country. According to Arafath, everything on the menu is made-to-order, so customers can adjust the level of spice to suit their tastes, and they only serve Halal meat.

Instead of offering a lunch buffet, Indian Grill offers customers a lunch special menu that allows them to create their meal. The lunch meal includes choice of two appetizers, one curry and a vegetable side served with rice and naan as well as a dessert and salad.

#The sizable dinner menu offers a variety of traditional Indian dishes like the customer favorite Chicken Tikka Masala, Butter Chicken, Chicken 65 and the tandoori Shashlik Special available with chicken or lamb served with onions, peppers and tomatoes. There is also a selection of homemade desserts such as Firni, or rice pudding, and Indian ice cream available in pistachio or mango.

#Specialty beverages include a mango lassi smoothie, sweet or salted lassi and spiced iced tea steeped with cardamom, cinnamon, bay leaves, ginger and cloves. #Something You Might Not Know: Owning a restaurant is a family tradition for Chowdhury and Arafath, who both gained experience working in their family's Taste of Raj restaurants in London before moving to the U.S. The two are hoping to carry on the family tradition of bringing high-quality Indian cuisine to their community.
