Meals From The Heart Cafe . . . is a Lifestye! Started in 2006. We are located at the historic French Market in New Orleans. Think food court, when you think of our size. All of our meals are made to order. Our kitchen is small, but efficient. We are committed to creating meals that are low in sodium, sugar and fats. We serve no pork products. Your diet matters to us!
