The medium standard is a 12 inch pie cut into 8 slices. It comes with tomato sauce and fresh wet mozzarella, and finished with fresh grated parmesan. You can choose additional toppings and/or substitutions

Our small market special pizzas are 10 inches in delicious diameter, which we cut into four pieces. You may also substitute a gluten free crust for our usual slow rise artisanal crust.

A 10 inch pizza, made to order, and cut into four pieces. The standard pizza comes with tomato sauce and fresh wet mozzarella. You can choose additional toppings and make substitutions.

Our Wings are rubbed with an array of spices before we fire roast them in our oven. Sauces come on the side. Choose between 6 and 12 wings, or multiples of 6.
