Crust is a certified VPN Neapolitan pizzeria from Naples, Italy. We use "00" flour and San Marzano tomatoes from the Campania region of Italy to keep our pizza as authentic as possible, as well as maintain the proper standards of Vera Pizza Napoletana, VPN. We cook our pizza in a wood burning 900 degree oven from Naples, made from the lava of the Vesuvio volcano, to ensure high heat retention which is an integral part of producing this wonderful authentic pizza.
