This ice cream is our take on the frosting you'd usually get on a red velvet cupcake... and once you try the frozen version, you might not go back to the cake! Chef’s Note: Let this one soften up for a little bit longer than the rest - the cake will soften and it'll be delightfully moist and fluffy.

Morticia = Crackly Chocolate Cookies + Malted Chocolate Ice Cream Our most decadent chocolate option, Morticia's fiercely loyal fans can't wait to get their hands - and mouths - on this sumptuous treat. The cracks in the cookies give them an old-timey feel, and a whisper of the extract of a certain Caribbean liquid distilled from sugar cane brings a balance that somehow amplifies the luxury of double chocolate! And you thought it couldn't be any better! Chef’s Note: I used malt powder to make milkshakes when I worked at a soda fountain in high school, and I've never been the same. This combo is to die for!

Gluten-Free Chocolate Cherry Cookies + Pistachio Ice Cream If there's a better Italian combination in pastry than chocolate, cherries, and pistachios, we haven't found it! (OK, we might have found some other great ones but you know us... we can't pick favorites!) This awesome combination of flavors sells out when we run it as a special, and once you taste it, you'll understand why. Chef's Note: Our gluten-free chocolate cookie recipe is a great one, and with the cherries in this recipe it's somehow at its very best!

No. 6 = Candied Walnut Cookies + Maple Ice Cream No self-respecting ice cream menu would be complete without a maple walnut option... and here, we fear we've created a monster. At HQ you can routinely find boxes of this one hidden away - our own staff can't stand the idea of it running out! Once you taste it, we suspect you'll understand. Chef's Note: Legend has it that Maple Walnut was the 6th best-selling flavor at Howard Johnson's back in the 1930s. We toyed with the name and it stuck!

This luscious combo of graham-cracker inspired cookies, developed by Chef Julian over the course of 18 months, and divine chocolate marshmallow ice cream gives you the frozen-world s'more of your dreams.
