Grown on our farms in Willapa Bay, located on the coast of Washington State, they are grown using the long-line method to promote the highest quality oyster, and ensure they are always free of sand and grit. They are harvested fresh then brought to our Ekone cannery in Bay Center, WA, where the oysters are steamed and opened, then brined in small batches. The brined oysters are then placed meticulously on stainless steel racks and smoked using maple chips. We added a subtle lemon pepper spice blend to the original flavor.

The Carnaroli rice, a premium quality rice, is the king of the Italian rice, perfect for exquisite rice dishes. Prepared with the addition of black truffle is particularly suitable for delicious risottos. The hens are not fed any antibiotics, hormones or animal by products and are raised in a completely cage free environment. These healthy eggs are packaged on their own farm before being distributed directly to us. It is very common for our customers to receive eggs that are only a few days rather than several weeks old compared to most commercial eggs.
