Master Chef Hu was awarded in many competitions in China and the US, his signature dish "Eggplant Dragon with Garlic Sauce" was awarded with Gold Medal. "Chongqing Chili Chicken" and "Szechuan DanDan Noodle" are also the Chef's specialties. Yummy Szechuan is well known for their authentic Szechuan cuisine and northern China dim sum.
