Established in 2011

Blue Fuji is a new established fine dine in and take out restaurant in the city of Medford, MA, we are servicing our neighbors with the freshest and highest quality food after they busy working day; we believe everyone should enjoy the best food and best services in comfortable dine in environment; and for lunchtime, we also have quick and special lunch menu for the busy office people.

We also delivery to your door, if you don't feel like going out for a raining day or any days, left it to us; our drivers are working hard to get to your as no time as possible.

As a new business, our ideas suits with now-the-day's people need, we are natural and organic and service the healthiest dishes on each table. Meet the Business Owner: Jacky X.

One of the best sushi chef in Boston, Jacky has more than 10 years sushi chef experience from Manhattan to Boston, and provides the best and the healthiest sushi to more than thousands of people. Over the years, Jacky has more than 20 students in Manhattan and Boston, now his students are became great sushi chefs.

With Jacky's creative art presentation and his Feng Shui experience (Jacky is a third generation Feng Shui Master), he brings our dine-in experience into next level and the next generation of the most healthy ORGANIC Japanese Cuisine around the world. "Now a day," as Jacky always says "we are not just eat for the taste, we also eat for health, and look for sushi, organic sushi from Blue Fuji can give you a healthy body, and romantic decoration can give you a relax mind."
