    Questionable Service

    This restaurant goes thru more staff than anywhere i've ever been. And the staff they do hire is okay at most. there are only one or two servers there who are great. They DO NOT sell coffee for delivery... NO COFFEE FOR DELIVERY> WTF? I thought i was dealing with an unexperienced person the first time so i cancelled and ordered elsewhere. Then i called again today and the girl repeated the same thing to me. That was one of the main reasons i was ordereing from them. Not acceptable.

    Not Horrible, but Not Good Either

    Pros: - Clean and nicely decorated - Varied menu for the neighborhood - Reasonable prices Cons: - Poor Service... I actually didn't believe the other posters here and on Yelp. But they proved me wrong, I have NEVER had such slow and forgetful service before. Don't believe me?! Go and see for yourself. I might go again, but only if I have NO plans at all afterward.

    The Best Cobb Salad ever...

    I know this place very well because I live near by... The only thing I love to eat there is the Cobb salad with grilled chicken, I love sitting at the bar because you feel welcome and you can watch the sports game up close. As for the waitressing staff...hmmm... They have not been trained well, They definately need to bring the checks on time, be consistent with checking back on the table to see if everything is fine. And as a waitress you should know what side goes with the meal. For example usually people like pepper wih their salad or ketchup with their fries that is important and it shows you care just bring it don't ask. It will also be nice if the waitresses greeted the customers and said their names, instead of saying "what would you like to order"

    Been Going For A Year Now...

    At first, i vowed to never go back because of the consistently poor customer service. I decided to give it another shot a couple months later, and i gotta say, i now love it here. the food is good, the staff is always friendly, the owner is welcoming. i don't know about everyone else but this place is fine by me!

    Atrocious Customer Service

    My sister and I went to fibe for dinner. It was the nicest looking place in the area we could find. The ambiance was very nice and the food was good and then the check came! All hell broke loose. First of all, we were overcharged by $5 for a dinner entree. We then asked the waitress why and she said that that was the lunch price. Okay......So why were we given a lunch menu for dinner?! How on earth are we supposed to know the dinner price. Mind you the entree we ordered was not even on the dinner menu. Then we get this woman who can barely speak english and obviously doesn't understand it very well, informing us we were wrong for not knowing that the prices are different for dinner! What?! Never going back!

    definitely not what i expected

    tacos are great, chicken teriyaki was not what i expected, i couldn't finish it. another time there, i waited 1 hour for my food! the waitresses didnt not check up on us until we got our food. once i did finally get it, every 5 minutes a different waitress would come to our table and check up on us or ask if we were done and try to take away our plates. i also felt upset and uncomfortable after one of the waitresses thought it would be appropriate to bicker at one of the busboys in front of the restaurant.

    Plan to wait for your meal if you're a table of 1

    I've been to Fibe on three ocassions and each time, I get a different impression. Today, I went solo and ordered a simple sandwich which I expected to get in 10 minutes or so. My salad arrived with the wrong salad dressing and then I sat and waited for over 40 minutes to get my sandwich. Nobody stopped by to ask if I was "ok" and when I asked to take my sandwich "to go", it took another 10 minutes to get my order & check. I will not be recommending Fibe to anyone anytime soon.
