    Disappointed

Read the reviews before dinner tonight. Don't know how this adorable place could be so disappointing. The food lacked flavor and presentation. The striped bass was just plopped over an undercooked fingerling potato and few slices of a mushroom. The trout was also bland, the risotto was hard. So what happened?!

    Best in the neighborhood!

My husband & I go here all the time & I go with my girlfriends as well. Food, service, atmosphere is perfect. I've tried many things on the menu & it truly is all delicious. The only thing they should do is add a mesclun salad to the steak frites, otherwise it's more fries then anything. Other than that it's a perfect spot.

    Delicieux!

Stopped here to treat myself to lunch today. Had the Le Parisien salad...very good arugula, baby spinach and endive with a nice vinaigrette. Then had the Filet of Sole...very good, with haricots verts, almonds and a white wine, butter sauce with capers. And finished with the tarte tatin...very authentic (except the vanilla ice cream, which tasted store-bought). All in all, reminded me of many pleasurable modest meals I have had in Paris.

    Great neighborhood restaurant

We had a recent visit to this restaurant which was in close vicinity to the Affinia Dumont Hotel. The service was excellent and the food matched. It is a small, cosy restaurant, but it could be noisy on a busy night. We would return.

    Incredible

So when you walk to this place on 33rd, you see some of the local spots and think, "uh oh." But as soon as you walk in the door, you know you've made a great call. Food is amazing, service is wonderful, the restaurant has charm galore. Been there twice in the past month and couldn't have been happier with everything. LOVE it.

    Excellent Taste

The food is so excellent. I ordered the Thai mussels which comes with fries and I couldn't resist to eat the whole bowl. Besides than that the endive salad and duck confit is also highly recommend. The meat is so soft and juicy. Loved it. The owner is service every table by himself and made you feel so special.
