Good bagels, poor poor service
I used to go to this place daily for breakfast but the fact that 50% of the time my order was made wrong, I stopped going for a few months. Simply fed up. Then I came back around and they seemed to have hired a few more helping hands, but a couple of the guys who have been there for a while still aren't good with making your order correctly. But I came back becuase the bagels were so good, although I no longer go to them daily, more like 1 time per week now.

Good bagels, needs work on the service side
The bagels are always very tasty, that is if you get what you ordered the first or even the third time. The people behind the counter are nice enough, but they rarely actually listen to what you order and you find yourself having to repeat a number of times. You MUST also watch them make your bagel to ensure you get what you ordered. Don't be shy about stepping in mid them making your bagel, that is unless you want what they are just going to give you. Very very slow, but worth the wait if you have the time and the patience.

Great bagels, poor service
I truly love the bagels here however the service is horrendous. I once called for a delivery and was out on hold for 10 minutes to be told that it would take an hour and a half . I have had to order numerous times from other places because they have told me they are just too busy to even take my order and I should call back. I just called today at noon and was told it would take an hour and a half! It's 12 o'clock in the afternoon!

Never missed on a trip
Each time we come to the city this place is a must for breakfast. Convenient easy walk to Times Square hotels, a great value in the city. Service is good and the bagels can't be beat. The fried egg sandwich on a bagel is the best we've had. Perfect for a grab and go meal.

Very. . .
I went here for breakfast one day with a three other friends on my trip to NY. It was a bit far and we had to be back to the hotel by a certain time. The service speed was very good. The bagel: I got plain with strawberry cheese cream. It was very filling and very delicious. Two of my friend said too much cream cheese but it might be because they got a different flavor that wasn't sweet.

Amazingly Delicious
The only place in Manhattan that I get bagels. The bagels are always fresh and delicious. 100% worth the long line every day. Yes it gets annoying, but as they say-good things come to those who wait!
