Originally founded over twenty years ago, Las Tablas is Chicago's premier Colombian restaurant. Our versatile and award-winning menu has something for all tastes, and our homemade sangria and other Latin cocktails are sure to delight your palate. Our signature house dish is the 'entraà±a' skirt steak, and was named 'Best Skirt Steak in the U.S.' by national food program 'America's Best Bites'. Try it alone or pair it with any number of choices including grilled chicken breast, grilled tiger shrimp, grilled pork loin, or several other choices. If you're feeling more adventurous and hungry, try our version of Colombia's national dish, the Bandeja Paisa (see photos). And for those not feeling so carnivorous, we also offer vegetarian options.
