Kitfo

Extra lean, finely chopped tenderloin of beef, traditionally served very rare, warmed only with melted nittir kibbe, Ethiopian purified and spiced butter. This purified butter is further spiced with a special herb called koseret that gives Kitfo its unique and distinct flavor.
